The puller thread leaves little meat for actual pulling. Mine just stripped it out. No-one wants the head off, but it's the only way. Chances of swarf are too high.

Are you supposed to flare the metal pipe in any way? Fuel injection systems can be 5-bar +, a rubber hose onto a metal pipe without any kind of flaring can easily blow off

A normal, small, easy out tool in the bleed hole would have done it. There is no need for the counter sink and drill. This is only for guys that charge by the hour

My dad introduced me to Colortune in 1986 when I bought my first car; a 1960 Jaguar Mk 2 sedan. The Colortune, along with a Uni-Syn, is the only way to set the correct fuel on S.U. carbs. I have used it on every carburetor fueled vehicle since. Great for a BMW motorcycle, as the plug hole is right there.
